printing.kde.org moved servers lately, thats the reason for several adresses 
to produce errors. Thanks for making me aware of this. 

I fixed the links on the main handbook page, but there are far more hardcoded 
URLs on printing.kde.org unfourtunatly. I am working on this.

You can find the handbook online at:

http://docs.kde.org/en/HEAD/kdebase/kdeprint/

but the download links for the PDF should work anyway.
