Hello,

I'd like to report a problem with Konqueror, but when I go to 
http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi, I always end up with the error message 
"You're not logged in. Perhaps you disabled cookies?". It's always the same - 
in Konqueror, Phoenix, Links ... cookies enabled, of course.
The other strange thing is that I have to login again and again before any 
actions.

I'm sorry to bother you this way, but I don't know where to report bugs in 
Bugzilla when I can't use Bugzilla ...
