Why NS4 instead accessibility compatibility out of the blue?

Hi,
simply take now a look at wwwtesting.kde.org. Beside the color, nothing of
root66 design was changed while changing it to use tables and the rowspan
trick allows textbrowsers to read the page right, first content, than links.
any other problems ? The table stuff is not there to fix only NS 4, that is
mostly sideeffect, but it fixes more important the problem with the footer
and the menu/content is now equal height.
