accessibility is about "text to voice" and braille devices, not Netscape4 :}

I agree that the <div> solution has a very bad "cost to use" ratio.  I 
favoured a table solution from the start, but the "accessibility argument" is 
a valid one. 

I have no real opinion so far, where to run with this.
