wwwtesting: Strange forces at work?

Hi,
hehe, solution for everything ;) *just fun*

Have now a table layout, that:
a) works fine in mozilla/konqueror
b) works good enough in NS4 
c) layout mostly working in links or w3m, too (the menu columns are not 
vertically top but centered, but that is not that bad)
d) has the menu below the content even in textbrowsers ;) (hehe, rowspan is my 
friend ;)

Should that be good enough accessibility wise ?
