Could we have a talk in kde.org on the Software patent influence on KDE?

I dont know about the rest of the guys out there, but I'm in doubt.
What part of KDE would be in danger?
noatun? the xine part will be, the samba part smb:// would be!? What 
about the core of KDE?
And so on. How could this affect the future for Linux as a workstation.
What can we do? And so on?
