Please bear in mind that I have spent quite a bit of time putting support for 
translations on the normal kde.org. In fact, pretty much the only thing that 
needs to be done is to put some i18n() strings around the current pages, run 
xgettext on the current pages, and distribute the strings to translators....

Please consider using this rather than duplicating huge number of HTML pages 
and trying to keep it up to date.
