Software error on bugs.kde.org

I got this "Software error" when voting for a bug in konqueror. The error 
message was:
"SELECT fieldid FROM fielddefs WHERE name = 'bug_status': Table 'fielddefs' 
was not locked with LOCK TABLES at globals.pl line 276."

The error occured on 2003-04-17, 00:02 german time.
