Bug reporting system HTML errors

Hi,

The bug reporting system doesn't work with the Lynx or Dillo web browsers.

The reason it doesn't work with Dillo is because it puts spaces in the URL, like this:

http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi?version= (KDE )&step=report

This is invalid HTML, and confuses Dillo.  

I'm not sure why Lynx fails - it could be something to do with re-directing POST content.

Please fix the bug reporting system, because I've got some bugs to report :-) :-) :-)
