Exaclty what I would love to see ;)
Would be nice to have top.php and bottom.php in the main include on kde.org
and use it everywhere, private menus could be included by using a costum
menu.php. Writing a webpage would be highly trivial and a common look and
feel would be garantued (and more important: a clear structure would be there
;)

Just a little question: What would be the problem if someone could see the
sources ? For companies I understand the problems, but our sources can even
be downloaded by everybody via CVS.
