Manik,

We currently rely upon vendors and individuals to provide binary packages that
we gladly distribute via ftp.kde.org and up until recently Jarl Gjessing was
providing RPM's for RedHat but unfortunately is no longer able to do so.

There has actually been a discussion held on the kde-devel mailing list just
recently about this very issue that you may wish to read, the link to the
mailing list archive for the thread is available at:

http://lists.kde.org/?t=103089261200002&r=1&w=2

I suggest you read through the posts and if you are interested contact Shawn
Gordon about his proposal, then go from there.

If you have any questions just let me know or join the discussion on
kde-devel.

Regards,
