As nobody has written it: nowhere.
But would help that requirements to get a decision ? Sure, we can make clear
that XHTML/CSS would be needed, but for no draft that should be any problem.
(perhaps the modified-2 is lacking xhtml atm, could be, have not taken a look,
but that will be a matter of some mins if we decide for it)
We have only 4 designs to choose from, why waste time with writting documents
over documents to choose between 4 things ? As choosing the design is a very
subjective thing (in the end), writing a style guide for one design would be
a bit overkill or ?
But now come back to design decision:
We have some design to choose between, all authors had a lot time to pick up
the comments on this list / kde-usabilty, we have talked via 100ths of mails,
... Could now be some decision made up ? If you don't want to participate in
that process, let it be, but don't delay that now again and again.
On my side: I vote for the modified-2 version or the original of root66, the
two fit nice in my eyes (like the hideable bar in mod-2). What are the others
opinions ? (sidenote: Dirk Müller liked mod-2, Chris Howells likes the
www.kde.org/testing/* (original or mod-2) stuff at all, which may be
important as he maintains several *.kde.org pages and we would need his ok
for transition at all)
