1.  Three columns of links for the top page, one column on the right for 
every other page.

2.  No provisions are to be made for hosting all sites on the same server.  
Mirroring can be done with wget.

3.  Old urls can be preserved by changing the server to hand off html files 
to PHP.

4.  Sources of all images must be in cvs, if they are to be used on the 
page.

5.  XHTML 1 strict and CSS 2 must be obeyed for all pages.

6.  The pages must not override any user settings that can affect 
accessability.

Christoph:  Decision making isn't that easy.  You have to have actually 
convinced people to get anywhere.  And yes, it's important to convince 
people.  If this site is going to claim to represent KDE, then it'd 
*better* do a good job of that.
