It's come to my attention that the code on kde-www, kate.kde.org, 
www/testing, and everything derived else derived from Sebastian Faubel is 
of uncertain copyright and license status.

Does anyone have a license to that code and image?

If this code is not legal to be modified and redistributed by KDE, then 
don't we have to remove it from the servers and cvs?
