BTW: for the kde.org normal servers, we can simply let a config-defaults.inc 
in CVS which matches our own servers need and let the cron script on our 
servers update the dirs + rename it to config.inc, other mirrors can use 
their own without any problem (and could even automate the generation of 
their own config.inc out of the alway up to date config-defaults.inc
