Hi,
Jasone you are right that the most of the CVS structure is allready clear, the 
movement of the inc/, images/, styles/ dir in one parentdir can still be done 
today after irc I we want, but the other stuff will be like we have 
disscussed some days ago. I will set up a "design-document" that evening 
after our irc meeting on kde.org to let out "common-sense" stuff be written 
down somewhere. (which will include the apps/areas/i18n dir stuff + some 
other thingies)

About the layout/graphical design:
I still vote for the dual side menu for at least the kde.org mainpage and the 
one side left menu (which just matches the dual side layout nicely, as 
completly same style) for the pages with more content which needs more space.

About CVS: As we are just testing, I don't see reason for review patches, 
IMHO.
