Hi,
here little summary + status update:

1. Consense to put all stuff in one cvs module but let if live on different 
servers like it is, to avoid single point of failure + get a better managable 
structure in cvs

(personal opinion: would be nice to get the pages running even under the cvs 
structure in web to allow easier mirroring, just checkout www , load it up to 
a server -> complete *.kde.org mirror, but that is only my future goal, might 
not be possible ;)

2. Consense to create a new cvs module to test the stuff inside before do the 
changeover : STATUS UPDATE: new cvs module up and running for playing: 
kde-www (thx to david, thx)

Sure missed some other good points, but that should be the "greatest interest" 
stuff.
