Why not?  What's wrong with applying the same techniques to our HTML UI as 
we do to our application UI?

If a site is unwilling to abide by KDE standards, it should relinquish the 
use of the kde.org domain, the same as we remove from a release apps whose 
maintainers refuse to cooperate.
