don't be that picky on words, than let it name community identity
But our K Desktop Environment ever had a CI for the apps, why not for the 
website ? If a user goes to www.kde.org and follows the links to *.kde.org 
pages he expects (like he gets on pages on companies, ...) a common design, 
navigation, ....
