Application homepages

Hi,
I will try to move the application subdirs (like kate, kafka, ....) into a 
apps subdir in the www module, which means for example

www/kate -> www/apps/kate

I will ask each maintainer of the corresponding pages before I do that, won't 
do that without the ok. The current simply unordered mess must end ;)
