Site Synchronisation

Hi,

As a UK resident, I generally use the www.uk.kde.org site to access kde
content. However, I noticed that the www.kde.org site has an announcment
about kde 3.0.5 where as the uk site does not. Also, I am on the
kde-announce list and this information has not been mailed out, although the
main site says it was released on the 18th November.

It there a reason for this? Or are the sites not automatically synchronised?
