Yes, it should definitely go into CVS, personally I think that should be a
requirement for a *.kde.org subdomain. Anyway email the sysadmin's requesting
that a new accessibility directory be made under www/areas and also a CVS
account for yourself with write access to that directory. From memory you
also have to email an encrypted password for your CVS account as well.
You'll also need to get them to setup a cron job to grab the souce from CVS on
the server, I think the standard is to refresh a site from CVS every 3 hours
but they'll know what to do in that respect.
