[PATCH] update www.kde.org - the first patch

Hi,

Here is my first patch for the www.kde.org update. I started updating the 
pages in alphabetical order (you have to start somewhere :-)

What I've done so far:
* documents are now valid XHTML 1.0 (http://validator.w3.org/)
* updated some links
* cdrom.html: no more "DM, piek, ..." but Euro
* small fixes...

Someone who has access to www: please apply.
