In every KDE program you can get this program info control. It would be nice if the GPL that isn't usually translated into local language would be shipped along in the local language as well. My idea ist a small licence help button, where a GPL-FAQ is linked that is plugged into the KDE Dokumentation system. A button/link to get the "inofficial" translation would also be nice.
