Just some notes: Xandros is a/the successor of Corel Linux (but has only KDE 
2.2 in current release). Lindows is based on KDE 3.0.1 and is member of KDE 
League. TurboLinux, too member, has only KDE 2.2.2. I also think that United 
Linux and Gentoo are worth mentioning. Some KDE versions infos are missing.
