Well, we tried to establish order, but some people refused to cooperate,
insisting that the rules for everyone else weren't good enough for them.
That stalled the whole process. So for now, it's apparent that there *is*
no redesign.
Individual sites (like usability, kate) are already or are likely to use
one of the proposed designs, but the main www.kde.org is likely to stay.
No matter what is proposed, somebody complains. The path of least
resistance is to leave the current design, because it seems to have
something for everybody.
