I would like to be enlisted in the KDE on CD list.

Once your CD is on sale, just write to webmaster at kde.org, and we'll put you
on
the list.

What many manufacturers do is to donate a certain percentage of each CD sold
to the KDE project. This can be done by donating to KDE e.V., a registered
foundation that finances developer meetings, trade show presences etc. Read
