CVS mirror information changes

Hi,

I'm maintaining a cvs mirror for the kde project. It is currently listed as
:pserver:anonymous at sketch.student.utwente.nl:/home/kdecvs/kde

This will not be valid in the future. The new address will be:
:pserver:anonymous at kdecvs.student.utwente.nl:/home/kdecvs/kde

http://kdecvs.student.utwente.nl will be providing information about the 
server, possible problems etc. This site should be up in a few days ... 

The email address on that is shown on the mirrors page is also incorrect. It 
should be kdecvs at kdecvs.student.utwente.nl

Please update this information. Also for the cvsup mirrors.
