[Kde-women] New kde.org layout / Katie

Hi!

I implemented an extention to the new kde.org layout to allow for custom 
logos on subsites. While doing so, I created a small Katie logo which now 
appears on the right sight of the header on http://women.kde.org.

Please tell me if you object to this or if you wish to use a different 
logo. It is easy to change now that the code is in place for this.

I have also attached a medium sized image of Katie with a transparent 
background. Maybe this can be useful to some of you.
