It makes no sense to keep wishes that just say 'I want X' open forever.
Nobody with own interest in that will stumble over such a wish X years later
and do it.
At least the > 20 years of experience with the bugs we have here does show
that.
It would be a different issue if the bug would contain detailed info how to do
it or even some patch that could be the base for some work.
