It's not suprising that gpg2.exe is missing if you have the following in
kmymoney's exclude list:
> # strip most executables
> bin/(?!(kmymoney|sqlcipher|kbuildsycoca5|update-mime-database|kioslave|ofxdump|kconf_update|QtWebEngineProcess)).*\.exe
