SUMMARY
I can't run skrooge crafted with the latest Craft version.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. craft skrooge
2. Execute \CraftRoot\build\extragear\skrooge\work\build\bin\skrooge.exe

OBSERVED RESULT
A system error "The code execution cannot proceed because KF5DBusAddons.dll was
not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

EXPECTED RESULT
Running skrooge smoothly

Windows 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I updated Craft, Skrooge, and kdbusaddons, with no errors. I even can find the
"missing" library, so I followed some guide adivisng to use  "regsvr32 /u
[pathname]" command - but that gave me another error: "The module [pathname]
was loaded but the entry point DllUnregisterServer was not found.  Make sure
that [pathname] is a valid DLL or OCX file and try again."
