Error on new Craft installation

Ok, it does seem it matters it's a MacOS because of this:

    elif CraftBootstrap.isMac():
        run(args, ["dev-utils/terminal-notifier"])

So, wrong mailing list I guess :)

Furthermore, I ran "craft dev-utils/terminal-notifier" manually and it
worked.

Maybe it was a fluke.
