KDE for Windows

Hi,

I've requested it before but nothing has been done. The "KDE for Project"
has been closed, removing numerous KDE applications that were available for
use on Windows. My favorite was Kstars. As I see it, there was no reason to
remove the project and the applications. Can it be revived at all?
