KStars crash on MacOS

Hi Jasem and KDE Windows,
Yes this is correct. In order to build KStars on Mac OS I had to modify a large number of craft recipes and make a number of new ones so that INDIServer, Astrometry.net <http://astrometry.net/>, Netpbm and other required programs for KStars to work properly could be built and put into the app bundle so that KStars can be run like a regular OS X program and not require the user to have all sorts of unix programs installed using homebrew, macports, or other methods. These programs had a bunch of dependencies that did not yet have a craft recipe yet that I had to make. Other programs that were dependencies already had craft recipes were being built with options that produced libraries or programs that were not capable of doing some of the functions that INDI or Astrometry or KStars needed them to be able to do.
As you know, I did all this work and got KStars building and working successfully on Mac using a build script and the modified recipes and have been using craft to build and distribute KStars for MacOS for several years now. But in order to get all this to successfully become integrated into the official craft recipe repository so that we can have nightly builds, I will need one or more people in KDE Windows or Craft to look over the recipes that I created, to assist me with any issues they might have, since I am by no means an expert and don’t know if what I did is the best way or the right way to do it, I just know that what I did works to build, run, and distribute KStars successfully. And then I will need help with how to actually get my recipes integrated into the official craft blueprints repo.
I did email folks with KDE Windows and Craft several times a while back, and a number of people definitely gave some great help with issues I was having, which I was able to overcome, and I appreciate what they did. However, I still need somebody to help review each recipe we need and get them integrated. I think it is a couple of dozen recipes in total, but I can check the list. I do not know who would do this review and here is no clear path forward as to how I can get recipes reviewed and integrated. I am not sure what to do about this. Could anybody help with this?
Thanks,
Rob
