Mingw build type

Hi.

Seems like something changed recently in Craft mingw builds ( between 15th and 16th of july). Looks like the installer version is build from the debug build and not the stripped build. It means users niw get versions that are several Gb when uncompressed. Is that a wanted change or the result of a script error ?

This can be checked in Kdenlive builds:
Build #80 
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/80/

The .exe installer is 85Mb

Build #81
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/81/

The .exe installer is 686Mb

This is also the case for Rkward's mingw build.
