Hm I can't see anything suspicious.

Does the heard include\zlib.h exist?
Can you paste
build\libs\qtbase\work\msvc15-Release-5.6.2\config.summary
and
build\libs\qtbase\work\msvc15-Release-5.6.2\configure.cache
