craft qtsvg error

I've done "craft --destroy-craft-root" then changed(Buildtype=Debug) 
right etc/kdesettings.ini( it was my mistake - using of 
craft/kdesettings.ini).

But.. doing
#craft qtsvg

I still getting the error.

To get it just reproduce steps above. I still have no idea how to fix it 
and get debug libraries using craft (

Help me, please.
