craft qtsvg error

Hi all.
I'm trying to do

craft --buildtype Debug qtsvg

but I am getting next error
R:\build\libs\qtsvg\work\qtsvg-opensource-src-5.6.2\src\svg\qsvgtinydocument.cpp(48): 
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'zlib.h': No such file or 
directory

because common include path (c:\KDE\include\) is absent at cl command
