QtQuickControls 1 on Windows with Qt 5.9?

Hello,

Something changed in 5.9 on Windows? I just compiled everything from
scratch, but it cannot load Quick with the following errors:

I verified that qtquickcontrols is installed just fine under
kderoot/qml/QtQuick


But KStars crashes when it tries to use any QML files that uses QtQuick,
any clues?
