Please report more descriptive bug reports. Using an indescriptive bug title +
'blablabla' doesn't help.

If you want a file manager, build Dolphin via Craft.

1) Install Craft:
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows
2) Run: craft dolphin
