Compiling frameworks on emerge

Then I'm surprised others using MSVC2013 to compile KF5 don't hit this...

Can someone test?

I don't have MSVC2013 around. All of KF5 (updated a few days ago) compiles 
fine here using MSVC2015 Update 1.
