  For what it's worth, Okular does run very nicely on Windows (i'm using it in 
Peruse, and the packages for that just weed out the bits i don't need from 
Okular, but before i did that it of course had a complete Okular install 
included, which ran just fine). So... should be reasonably straightforward to 
sort that one :)
