Sorry my fault, that used to work when we defined a frameworks target for all repos.
The correct solution is:
self.versionInfo.setDefaultValues( )
self.svnTargets['frameworks'] = '[git]kde:libkexiv2|frameworks'
self.defaultTarget = 'frameworks'
