Hi it is released in applications http://download.kde.org/stable/applications/15.08.1/src/ so please put it to kde/applications.

Also could you please use 
    self.versionInfo.setDefaultValues( )
    self.defaultTarget = 'frameworks'
    
instead of 
    self.svnTargets['frameworks'] = '[git]kde:libkexiv2|frameworks'
