emerge kde-4.13

Hello I'm trying to compile kde-4.13 on windows 7 ... I installed python 3.4 
and git then
I ran git clone git://anongit.kde.org/emerge.git and downloaded 
correctly emerge.
I then checked out kde-4.13 with
git checkout kde-4.13
and 
all seemed to go correctly.
I had problems in the following step:
when I run on 
powershell
cd $KDEROOT\emerge
. .\kdeenv.bat

I receive the error:
Test-Path : 
Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is an empty string
at 
kdeenv.ps1:28 char:25
* if(!(test-path -path <<<< $path)) ...
etc ... etc ...


Could someone help me??
