Problems with building frameworks

Hello,

I'm trying to 'emerge frameworks' on Windows 10. I downloaded latest Qt
5.5.1 (MSVC 2013 binaries). Configured the .ini and executed 'emerge
frameworks' but I encountered the following error in cmake. Any idea how to
resolve this issue?
