sorry, this bug report is about windows.

for your kubuntu case, could you please give us the output of:
dpkg -l *hunspell*
do you have spellcheck in libreoffice?
also please recheck when kde 15.12 comes to your distro repository


regarding windows, i could successfully get inline spellcheck for Russian
working on windows with the latest sonnet (soon to be released) with hunspell
plugin. i made it look for dictionaries in the LibreOffice 5.0 installation
folder.
