Well, I tried that but that does not work, also it does not say so for example
at https://community.kde.org/Calligra/Building_Calligra_on_Windows; where you
only should copy kdesettings-example.bat to etc and rename it. It may be so
that the location is predefined in other files. The only way I could get emerge
to work, at least partially, was to change the above code, as other ways have
failed.
