Setting it to "on", I get several warnings due to the Find modules in 
addons/CMakeLists.txt. After removing everything except e.g. the tiletree and 
tabswitcher addon, compilation of these plugins works.

I then get a DLL for each each plugin, but Kate doesn't list them. Is the 
plugin system under windows not yet in place, or what's the reason? :-)
